CBS Concrete asked Unbranded Manchester to help them break into new markets to support their year on year growth, They specialise in large scale concrete flooring projects for main contractors but wanted to transfer their skill sets to fill downtime with smaller projects for direct clients.
At the time of engaging us their website only ranked for “industrial concrete flooring” and was hindering them as they tried to increase the number of main contractors working with them. Their website simply didn’t effectively promote their skill level, expertise or quality service offering.

By advising prospective clients on each stage and required service in the concrete process we were able to achieve a number of targets, including, onboarding potential clients into what services they need, sharing and confirming expertise. It also allowed CBS to validate their expertise with main contractors.
In order for the revised proposition of CBS Concrete to work effectively, we needed to gain a lot of visibility very quickly. If CBS could be the first website to rank organically, (as well as in the ads) for each of the services they provided with a genuine, professional approach to educating potential customers we could almost guarantee a subconscious teacher/student relationship of trust. This trust would lead to the likelihood of converting a visitor into a lead over the competitors offering similar services.
