How do I buy a domain?
Express interest via your support portal account and we’ll issue an invoice. Once you’ve settled your balance we’ll transfer the domain to your chosen registrar. It is your responsibility to request your transfer as soon as possible. Expired domains will not be renewed and we do not offer renewals as a service.
Why do you need so many of my details?
As part of our commitment to data quality we insist on holding valid and verifiable contact details for all of our clients. We will check your details against third party providers to ensure that data we have is accurate. We will retain your data on file for a period of five years since your last transaction for auditing purposes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Stripe only with a valid card registered to your name and address. We do not store card details on our platform – all details are securely stored with Stripe.
